JUST STOP IT!
Very different day at the mastermind today yet at the same time you can tell that people are getting smarter and wiser! The kind of conversations we had only happen in rooms with people that are at the level of these amazing people.
We opened up the day talking about What to STOP doing in your business. The super successful say “No!” way more than they say yes. Sometimes this is a skill we have to learn. What do you need to stop doing JUST STOP IT!
Then we got into the day talking about the 6 different kinds of appreciation in our business.
- Alex talked to us about Managed Appreciation
- Communicated appreciation. Has the most leverage of all!
We also talked about How computers are learning and people are hooked on computers. What side of the screen are you on? Are you addicted to screens or are you the one using screens to Influence others to have Good Success.
One of our Members has been buying Homes all in one neighborhood for about 10 years now and He has 1/3 of all the properties within a 1-2 mile radius.
He also talked about having a proactive approach to local banks. Banks like a Debt coverage ration of 1.2% By Presenting properly to a bank to get cheaper money he saves $200,000.00 per year and adds this to his Net Profit! Over 5 years he would pay over $1,000,000. He also talked about Performing a Stress test on your business and then show this to the bank.
We had a discussion about the 3 ways to get wealthy. 1. Marry It 2. Inherit it 3. Spend less than you Make. A Lot of us make a lot of money yes but what are you setting aside or investing for your future! We talked about creating a High-level Hiring Process to attract and hire only fewer betters.
Are you asking the right questions? One of the questions to ask yourself is What is going to change in the next 10 years. When you have something that you know is going to change you can put a lot of time and energy into creating systems and operations built to serve this new need However what a Business owner can also ask and has a much more predictive result is what is NOT going to change. Example people are never going to ask “can I pay more”? They are also never going to ask “can you take longer to deliver my pizza or my groceries” Once you know the answers to what will change and what will not change then you can build a long term foundation on that.
In typical style And the heart of what our last presenter had to say was “How do I become more valuable to this group and how do I add more value to this group? He said I come here and have learned and grown so much. I want to make sure I am also “giving” value. This is what Good Success is! These are the type of people that are in this group. I love these meetings and I love these people.
We had such a great day and we ended the day talking about things that have changed in our business over the last 2 years. What worked and what didn’t and what is working now and what is not working. We explained the new programs and the new accountability calls and what is required of each member before they get on these calls.
