Photo & Video Release Waiver

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video, and audio recording may occur during the event.

You grant Good Success, LLC (d/b/a Deal Maker Gary) and its affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance as recorded in any media for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, websites, future event promotions, training, and other related communications.

You understand and agree that:

• You will not receive compensation for the use of such media.

• You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content.

• All recordings and media are the sole property of Good Success, LLC (d/b/a Deal Maker Gary).

• This release is binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

If you do not wish to appear in recorded content, you must notify event staff in writing prior to the event. While reasonable efforts may be made, we cannot guarantee you will not be captured incidentally in background footage or photos.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
